Every plan includes a set number of hours per month. Each deliverable draws from that bank at a published rate. You can see exactly how many hours each task costs before you submit it, so there are never any surprises. Unused hours do not roll over.
Yes, with one exception. Web updates are available on Studio and Agency plans only. Everything else on the deliverable menu is available across all three tiers. If a single deliverable costs more hours than your plan includes, we’ll discuss upgrading your plan or handling it as a one-off project.
A cinematic or heavily edited YouTube video runs 10-12 hours, which exceeds the Essentials 10-hour bank. We’d either recommend upgrading to Studio or Agency, or handling that video as a standalone quoted project. We’ll always be upfront about this before any work begins.
Yes, pause or cancel anytime with no penalties. If you have a slow month just pause and resume when you’re ready. Billing stops immediately when you pause.
Unused hours do not roll over month to month. Think of it like a gym membership. The value is in consistent use. If you consistently find yourself not using your full bank, we’d recommend stepping down a tier.
No contract, no setup fee, no hidden charges. You pay your plan rate on the first of each month. Cancel or pause anytime.
